I have lived in Cala en Porter for 15 years. Deciding to give up the rat race to embrace the family focused and safe environment in Menorca. With extensive experience leading customer services departments at big brand head offices in the UK, in Menorca I was able to adapt my skills seamlessly to the tourist industry, specifically property management - problem solving, communicating with owners, holiday makers and service providers from all walks of life. I have led my own business successfully servicing Cala en Porter for the past 10 years. I bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the industry, priding myself in my ability to provide quality and reliable service to owner, holiday maker and letting agent alike.

With a PhD in science and an MBA specialising in customer focused strategy I have over 20 years of experience working in business strategy and sales effectiveness in the pharmaceutical industry. I have owned properties in Menorca for the last 5 years under the management of the previous owners and therefore fully appreciate your needs and expectations having been in your position. Born in the UK, I also speak Spanish, having been married to Luis since 2005. 

My strengths are in customer service, communication, relationship building and quality delivery and I look forward to working with you.

My background is in biomedicine, having led a research team and taught in leading universities in the UK. My parallel life is in property management, with experience both in the UK and Spain, having managed a small property portfolio for over 20 years. I thrive on being able to bring my analytical skills into action as well as my ability to solve any problem!

I was born in Barcelona and therefore speak both Spanish and Catalan with an obvious understanding of local culture and the best avenues to take to get a job done with optimum efficiency.
