Please be advised that the rates include tourist tax. In the case of Bello and Nico, the tax you pay will be dependant on occupancy, members of your party aged 16 and over must be entered as adults to ensure the correct rates, any adjustment will be added to your final balance. All other properties are a flat rate per booking. 

All of our rental properties have tourist licences and you will find the registration number displayed in the title of each property.

We have a close working relationship with all of the owners of the properties listed on our website. Not only do we rent them on behalf of the owners, but we manage their every need, from maintenance to changeovers. We are also here for you if you need us.

We have an office in the town centre and you will be provided with a contact number for 24/7 assistance in the case of an emergency.
